Integrative Psychotherapy

Collaborative, Holistic, Individualized

I offer a supportive and light-hearted environment from which we can openly address your concerns and build the safety and trust necessary for a successful therapeutic relationship.

I am a lifelong student of personal growth and regenerative culture fueled by my curiousity and passion for sustainable, equitable, and holistic models of living.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing guitar, tinkering in the kitchen, photography, learning new languages, and anything competitive.

I promote equal rights and opportunities for all people, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, creed, or ability. I also acknowledge the role that power and privilege play in all relationships and how my personal perspectives and experiences have been influenced by these considerations.

My psychotherapeutic work is informed by integrative models that utilize a somatic and attachment based lens to deepen the experience of embodiment over time.

One of the primary methods I draw from is AEDP (Accelerated Experiential, Dynamic Psychotherapy). This approach prioritizes building safety and trust to facilitate a transparent examination of suffering, cultivate resilience, and expand presence in relationships.

I am also informed by ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), which is a comtemporary behavioral model promoting self-determination, self-awareness, and authentic expression.

I believe that parts work and IFS (Internal Family Systems) can be profoundly helpful for clients that naturally gravitate towards narrative therapy and to understanding the origin and purpose of defense mechanisms.

I bring a trauma-informed awareness to all my work, and believe it is important to support, acknowledge, listen, and provide others the opportunity to have a distinct voice that is honored, understood, and respected.

Prior to my training as a psychotherapist, I spent years practicing holistic health care, East Indian traditional medicine, herbalism, massage therapy, yoga, and breathwork. I believe that mental health is reflective of our ability to listen and respond to our individual needs (physical, emotional, spiritual) while nurturing ourselves and our relationships in a self-sustaining manner.

I chose this field because I find it inspiring to work people committed to self-exploration, deepening resilience, and growing embodiment, empowerment, and self-determination.
