Monday Night Men’s Group

open to all masc-identifying persons (cisgender, transmasculine, and non-binary)

A process therapy group exploring topics related to mental health, relationships, self-esteem, embodiment, and self-discovery while cultivating self-expression, empathy, accountability, and mutual support.

6:30 - 7:30 pm, online with a monthly in-person option in Durham

$20/session, 8 - week commitment, 8 - person limit

Jarret Klein (he/him/his), MSW, LCSWA has been involved in group process work for over 20 years and is passionate about collaborating with others to deepen self-awareness, strengthen self-expression, and increase feelings of authenticity and embodiment.

Informed by an approach which priortizes active listening, self-disclosure, and mutuality he has trained in group work with Ro Horton of theUNtraining, community ritual with Martin Prechtel, and relational-integrity with Marza Millar.

As a group facilitator he has worked with organizations such as the Orange County Rape Crisis Center, the Fresh Air Fund, and the Collaborative for Educational Services.

In his spare time, he can be found strumming a guitar, tinkering in the kitchen, lounging in the Sun, and dedicating time to his yoga and meditation practice.
