Hello! I’m Jarret Klein, LCSWA

I am a lifelong student of personal growth fueled by my passion for holistic models of living. I’ve spent decades training in integrative practices such as yoga, meditation, massage, and stress-reduction to cultivate a better understanding of the impact of self-care on mental health and overall well-being. This background informs my focus on systems-based methods that strive to provide a sustainable and enduring path forward.

I graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelors in Health Education and Promotion and completed my Masters of Social Work at the University of Kentucky with a specialization in psychotherapy and clinical practice. During my program, I also trained in trauma-informed care.

I utilize an experiential-dynamic approach informed by evidence-based methods including Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP), Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), and somatic-based models.

When I’m not working, I enjoy playing guitar, cooking, photography, board games, and anything mildly competitive.

I promote equal-rights for all people and acknowledge the role that power and privilege play in relationships and how my personal experiences have been influenced by these considerations.
